Situated 0.5 - 1 km from the border with Orsk district, Russian Federation. It was discovered in 1963 by Gordeev O.F., Yurkov, N.A. and Kalashnikov I.P.

Jaspers occur as lenses in diabase, spilite, variolite porphyry, tuffб tuff-brecciated and lava-brecciated rocks. Around 100 lenses were recorded, stretching north to west at 55-75 degrees angle, length is 5-20 m, thickness 3-4 m. According to the colour pattern the jaspers are divided into 4 types: monochromatic, banded, patterned and jasper-quartzs.
The colours are: dark-brown, dark red, cherry red, bright green, pink, greenish gray, milky white, pale pink with reddish hint, pale brown with pinkish hint.
All types of jasper take a good polish and can be widely used for carving into cabochons for jewelry.
The locality is quite rich.
