A Cu-U occurrence/group of claims/prospect located in secs. 27, 28, 32 & 33, T39N, R4E, G&SRM, 20.4 km (12.7 miles) W of the Cliff Dwellers Lodge. This locality is not listed in the USGS MRDS database. The geographic coordinates presented are approximate to the common corner of the 4 sections.

Mineralization is a Cu-U deposit hosted in sandstone of the Petrified Forest Member of the Chinle Formation, with thin bands of yellow jasper with noted radioactivity. Minor copper carbonates and pyrite are present. Radiation is 10X background.

Workings include drilling operations with 17 holes drilled.
