A Cu occurrence located in sec. 27, T1S, R6E, HM, 6.5 km (4.0 miles) SSW of Norse Butte and 5.3 km (3.3 miles) NW of Hyampom, along the Van Duzen River, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in a soda granite porphyry. Local rocks include Franciscan Complex, unit 1 (Coast Ranges).

Workings include surface openings comprised of open cuts.

Ore is low grade.
