A silicified, radioactive breccia prospect located in sec. 2, T40N, R32E, MDM, on the East flank of Buff Peak.
Structure: N Nw-Trending High Angle Faults; Possible Caldera Ring Fracture 2 Km To Northeast

Alteration: Silicification, Argillization

Tectonics: Mobile Belt

Deposit: Main occurrence consists of silica veins at the more-or-less horizontal contact between steeply dipping paleozoic and/or mesozoic sedimentary rocks and tertiary rhyolite ash flows. It is controlled by low- angle shears.

Deposit type: Volcanogenic U

Ore(s): Low Angle Shears And The Low-Angle Contact Between Older Sedimentary Rocks And Tertiary Volcanic Sequence
