This pluton is exposed over an area of ~30 km2; the southern region of the pluton mainly intrudes the lower Carboniferous Songgaersu Group, and a few parts of the pluton intrude the LowerβMiddle Devonian Beitashan Group. Moreover, there is a sedimentary contact relationship in the northern region with the Middle Jurassic Shishugou Group. The Kamusite pluton has two main lithologies of medium granite and microgranite.
