Located 15 kilometres south-west of Coolgardie, now marked by an open pit on the eastern edge of the Queen Victoria Rocks Road.
The mine first comes to light as Lord Bob in 1900, when the 16 member Lord Bob syndicate was established. Regular crushings are reported to 1912. The syndicate paid dividends, and by 1908 amounted to over 13 000 pounds which had been paid out to members. There were some other leases pegged in the area including Lord Bob No 1 Mine, Lord Bob Extended, Lord Bob East amongst others.
Gold was found in quartz stringers striking north-west and dipping 30 degrees south-west.
