Ref.: Fig. 1 p. 13, 78-79. A mine located on the West shore of South Bay, Lake Champlain, about 4 miles West of Whitehall. Started 1904 and closed 1907. Ore is in a quartz-feldspar schist. Workings featured a pit 100 feet in diameter by 30 feet deep.
