Sporadic occurrences of miarolitic cavities in Drammens granite (a biotite granite). A pocket with about 150 crystals of topaz, he largest 2 cm long was discovered in this area in 1999.

Note: Most of the Grimsrudbukta area belongs to the municipality of Røyken, but some of the localities are found inside the Hurum municipality.
