Dear friends,
as already mentioned in my previous blog entry, I'm posting my mineral swaplist here.

The criteria that drove me to the listing of the minerals are the following:

-aesthetic (crystallization, color, contrast):
o = massive/crusty
x = one crystal
xx = several crystals/drusy
X = single loose crystal
X! = floater
when a specimen is damaged, the previous legend is followed by % = little damage

-matrix size (main xl's size will be specified in the description):
MM = micromount (<2cm)
TN = thumbnail (2-4 cm)
MIN = miniature (4-7 cm)
CAB = cabinet (7 cm and over)
the suffix "b" determines that the specimen is boxed and will be attached after the matrix size description.

-rarity (considered as related to the finding site):
* = common
** = cannot be found often
*** = rare

Here is an example of a future listing (still working on it, honestly).

MIMETITE. Main xl: 1mm - Grube Clara mine, Wolfach, Black Forest, Germany. xx MMb **
